How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by calling us at our 24 hour voice mail, (866) 800-2896  or by emailing us at deniseplatts@onebox.com (emails are for future appointments only). We ask that you please give us the following information when calling or emailing us for an appointment:

a) Your name

b) Your childs first and last name ( Please put in the subject line when emailing)

c) Time and date of appointment ( appts can be made on the 1/4 hr if needed after the first hour.  ex. 9:00-10:15, or 9:00-10:30)

d) Your phone number or email address( to confirm appointment

e) Age of your child (if new)

How many hours can my child stay?

We have a  minimum requirement of 1 hour per visit per child and a max. of 5 hours a day.

Do you charge a cancellation fee if I decide that I no longer need to keep my appointment?

No, we do not charge a cancellation fee.  However, due to the demand of the program we often have a wait list and would like to be able to offer other families the space that you no longer need.  Therefore, in an effort to make this program work for as many families as possible we simply ask that you please call us at (866) 800-2896 and cancel your appointments before 8:00am on the day of your appointment. All  cancellations made after 8:00 am will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged for their full reserved time.

How do I register my child?

You will need to fill out an Emergency form (Registration form) and simply bring the completed form with you on your childs first visit.  There is also a $30 one time registration fee (per family) due on your first visit or you may also register at school between the hours of 9:00am and 10:00am, Monday to Friday only.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please pack a healthy snack/ lunch for your child to enjoy while they are with us, remember no peanuts or any nut products please. Please bring a sippy cup whenever possible. If your child is wearing diapers, pack one or two in a separate bag or ziploc bag with some baby wipes. Remember to add your childs name to all their items! Please do not bring any peanut/nut products in your child's snack or lunch.
