What is your tuition rate?



Tuition is $16 per hour Siblings are $15 per hour. Siblings must attend together to be eligible for the discounted rate.


Tuition is due the first week of each month. A $20.00 late fee is added if tuition is not paid at the end of the first week of the month.


Other Fees:

One time registration fee: $250

Yearly supply fee: $150 ​



How many hours can my child stay?



Minimum Requirements:

4 hours per day

Starting at 2 classes per week


Classes are from 9-1.





How do I reserve a class?

Please provide us with the following information when calling for a reservation: * Your name

* Your child's name & age

* Time and date of reservation

* Your phone number or email address

* Is this your child's first time at Gracie's Place?


We ask that you please make a reservation before coming in as space is limited.



What is the cancellation policy?



We do not charge a cancelation fee. However, due to the demand of the program we often have a wait list and would like to be able to offer other families the space that you no longer need. Therefore, in an effort to make this program work for as many families as possible we simply ask that you please cancel your reservation by contacting us before 8:00 am.


Cancellations made after 8:00 am will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged for their full reserved time.


Missed classes can be made up within the calendar month, space permitting. In order to be eligible for make up classes, classes must be cancelled by 8:00 am.



What should I pack for school?



*Please pack a healthy snack/ lunch for your child to enjoy while they are with us!

Please do not bring or pack any nut products to school. Gracie's Place is a NUT FREE preschool.


*Please bring a sippy cup with water whenever possible.


*If your child is wearing diapers, pack one or two in a separate bag or ziploc bag with baby wipes.


*Remember to add your childs name to all their belongings.



Celebrating Birthdays



Yes, your child can share his/her birthday with us on a day that they normally attend school!


You may bring:


*small/mini cupcakes (preferred) or a treat of your choice (no nuts please)


* small paper plates and napkins


*juice boxes


*camera ( to take a pictures of your child)
